Kylie Minogue is reportedly been lined up as a potential new judge for The X Factor 2013.
The Daily Express claim that bosses hope Kylie will be the big name needed to boost the show's declining viewing figures.
It comes after Kylie said she'd love to be a judge on the UK series.
A source told the newspaper: “It’s great news that Kylie is a fan and wants to be a judge, maybe Tulisa’s days on The X Factor are numbered?”
Speaking recently, Kylie admitted she was worried she would find such a show difficult.
She said: “It might be like a lot of things in life where thinking about it is more difficult than doing it. I think if I was driven to the studio and told I was doing it, then I’d get into it and I might find it really fulfilling.
“I’m sure I’ve got enough to offer. I’ve been there and never had anyone hold my hand, so it would be quite nice to do that for someone else. But for the moment, I’m happy just watching ”
However Kylie previously publicly snubbed The X Factor UK, saying she’d never join the show.
The Aussie star, who was being wooed by BBC bosses for rival show The Voice UK, turned down any offers of her joining the panel this year.
And she also said that sister and former X Factor judge Dannii wouldn’t be returning either.
“I don’t know what the story is with Simon [Cowell] and Dannii,” Kylie said this week. “She is alright.
“I know she misses the nation an the nation misses her, but she’s busy with beautiful little Ethan!”
The X Factor continues with its live shows this weekend with a guilty pleasures theme.
Sunday's results show will feature performances from Alicia Keys and Olly Murs, as well as one more act being given the boot.
