XFactor 2012: Chris Maloney tipped to avoid elimination again

Chris Maloney (X Factor 2012)

X Factor star Christopher Maloney is set to avoid elimination again at the weekend.

Christopher has been rated the worst singer in this year’s X Factor according to ‘experts’, but despite this has survived four live shows.

Astonishingly the latest odds now suggest that Christopher will survive a further week as he is 2/7 to survive and 5/2 to go home come Sunday.

[tag]Rylan Clarke[/tag] is 11/4 favourite for the boot, with [tag]Kye Sones[/tag] 4/1 and [tag]Lucy Spraggan[/tag] 5/1.

“Maloney has cost punters dear for the last three weeks and it will be interesting to see if they double up this week in an attempt to win back their losses,” said William Hill spokesman Mark Young.

Meanwhile eliminated [tag]Jade Ellis[/tag] believes that the X Factor sing off should be scrapped due to tactical voting and William Hill are offering 8/1 that the sing off is scrapped from the X Factor at any point during this series.

“First Carolynne and now Jade have questioned the sing-off on the X Factor and after the amount of controversy that it has caused this series already, we could see an end to it on Sunday nights,” said William Hill spokesman Mark Young.
