X Factor's Jade Ellis has claimed she was the victim of tactical voting on the show.
The judges decided to send Jade home over the boy group, with only her mentor Tulisa opting to save her over the group.
Jade confessed she felt gutted about being eliminated, and admitted she felt as though she gave a good performance in the sing off with Dido's White Flag.
“Although people are saying I was better in the sing-off, I believe the judges’ decision is taken about the whole show," Jade said last night. “I have sung that song loads of times and I know I sang it to a high standard.
"If that wasn’t enough to save me then I don’t honestly know what I could have done.”
The mum of one, who performed Sugababes' track Freak Like Me on Saturday's Halloween themed show, added: " “The vote could have been tactical. Maybe the judges thought Union J were less of a threat to their singers in the competition.
“It is getting to that point in the game where the judges all criticise each other’s acts. But whatever the reasoning, I don’t think they did it lightly
Speaking to the Daily Mirror, a supposed show source claimed that the sing-off was becoming a joke.
They told the tabloid: “After Rylan survived over Carolynne Poole in week one, any other shock is going to seem small.”
