Robbie Williams has taken a swipe at The X Factor and its acts, claiming they none of the finalists will make it.
Speaking to ShortList magazine this month, Robbie claimed The X Factor wasn't a real singing contest and suggested this year's acts were too boring.
"Somebody will come on and do an audition and sing their arse off, but they can’t project and they’re boring and they’ll go nowhere," he said.
However it's not going to stop Robbie from winding up Gary Barlow by drumming up support for Rylan Clark.
Writing in his personal blog on his website after Saturday night’s latest performance show, Robbie said simply: “TEAM RYLAN ALL THE WAY
Following Rylan’s latest wacky performance mashup – which included songs by Rhianna and JLo for this week’s club classics theme – Gary blasted: “My problem is that for every week you’re here another talented contestant will be going home.
“You always say you’re a dance act, you should have been the best performer tonight but you were the worst.”
Speaking on Xtra Factor about Robbie’s antics, Gary quipped: “It was going so well between the two of us, 20 years knowing each other.”
He added: “We did an album together and it’s all over in one tweet. In five letters it’s all over!”
This weekend will also see Robbie take to the stage on Sunday night to perform his new song Candy.

The latest results show follows on Sunday, which will also feature a performance from Fun, as well as one more act being given the boot.
