Christopher Maloney is the favourite for the X Factor chop once again this weekend.
Bookies William Hill make Chris the tip to go at 5/2 after last week’s disgruntled eliminated act MK1 put their weight behind the argument that the Liverpudlian is a diva backstage and that it is a shock he is still surviving.
Rylan Clark is again amongst the front runners for elimination at 11/4 after surviving a place in the bottom two in the past two weeks. Last week’s survivor Kye Sones is 3/1 to not be so lucky this week, previous occupants of a bottom two spot District 3 are 7/1 to go.
Jade Ellis has been backed for the boot this week because of a sore throat causing a below par performance this week is 8/1 to be heading home.
“Chris has had enough support to get him through the last few weeks but the cracks are beginning to form and he could be in real danger this week, with or without his Liverpool support,” said William Hill spokesman Mark Young.
Meanwhile it's been revealed that MK1's X factor elimination on Sunday night created an £11,000 sized hole in the pockets of William Hill after a Surrey based customer backed them earlier in the week at 9/2 for £2,000. Charlie and Sim may not be too pleased tonight but that lucky punter will be.
“Kye surviving from deadlock has cost us £11,000. Fair play to the punter who put his money where his mouth is and predicted MK1’s downfall,” said William Hill spokesman Mark Young.
[cat c="the x factor"]The X Factor 2012[/cat] continues this Saturday night with a spooky Halloween themed episode as the remaining ten contestants perform live once again.
The latest results show follows on Sunday, which will feature performances from Fun. and Robbie Williams, as well as one more act being given the boot.
