Louis Walsh has said he's not worried about The X Factor's declining ratings.
This weekend saw the gap between The X Factor and Strictly Come Dancing grow even wider, with the X Factor once again shedding viewers.
And for the first time ever, Strictly's pre-recorded Sunday results show beat The X Factor's live results.
But Louis insisted: "I'm not concerned. Both shows are the two biggest shows on TV right now and that's the truth."
Despite the fact that the X Factor is experiencing some of its lowest ratings in almost 5 years, he added: "X Factor is watched all around the world and everywhere I go, people are talking about it.
"They're like, 'I watched you last night on YouTube'. It's gone crazy. This is the best X Factor ever and I'm not worried about other shows."
Speaking to the Irish Herald, Louis also revealed he has yet to see Strictly Come Dancing see how Westlife star Nicky Byrne has been getting on.
Louis said: "I haven't even seen it but I'd love to see Nicky dancing. At least he'll be able to dance for when Westlife get back together - which will only be a good thing!"
The X Factor 2012 continues this Saturday night with a spooky Halloween themed episode as the remaining ten contestants perform live once again.
The latest results show follows on Sunday when one more act will be given the boot.
