X Factor duo MK1 have claimed that Christopher Maloney IS a diva backstage.
The judges once again failed to decide who to to send home in the sing off and opted to send the vote to deadlock, where it was revealed that MK1 had received the fewest votes.
Speaking to The Sun, the pair claimed that reports that Chris was a handful backstage were true.
"Chris surviving was a bit of a shocker. He got really lucky. He is the biggest diva," Simone said.
Charlie added: “If there’s not a drink around or he doesn’t get his food on time or go home in the right taxi, then it’s a bit of a nightmare. The simple things that shouldn’t matter, matter to him.”
Chris hit back at the diva claims at the weekend, following Louis Walsh's original accusations on The Xtra Factor.
“I went up to Louis in the corridor after and asked him why he called me a diva," Chris explained. “He just said he was put on the spot with the question and the first person that popped into his head was me.”
He added: “I don’t know why Tulisa and Nicole backed him up. I’m anything but a diva – you can ask all the contestants, the crew, Gary Barlow.
“I just feel it was a little bit below the belt as it has damaged my credibility on the show.”
Liverpudlian singer Chris admitted that Louis’ remarks “upset” him, but admitted: “I have realised it is a competition at the end of the day and the other judges want their acts to win and me and Gary to fail.”
Chris went on: “I’ve just had to understand that people will make other acts look bad to make their own acts look good.
“But I don’t hold any bad feelings against him."
The X Factor 2012 continues this Saturday night with a spooky Halloween themed episode as the remaining ten contestants perform live once again.
The latest results show follows on Sunday when one more act will be given the boot.
