X Factor duo MK1 have claimed that The X Factor is not yet ready for urban acts.
The judges once again failed to decide who to to send home in the sing off and opted to send the vote to deadlock, where it was revealed that MK1 had received the fewest votes.
Speaking on This Morning, the duo said: "We felt that we’d given such a great performance on the Saturday night, we felt optimistic that we wouldn’t be in the bottom two.”
They added to Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby today: “It doesn’t seem like they’re ready for it. Hopefully next year there will be more urban acts coming through.
“It was intense. We still feel it really wasn’t our time to go."
But despite their exit, MK1's Charlie revealed she went straight out to celebrate!
“I went out last night straight after the performance and I haven’t been back since to the hotel," she said. "Anyone who had a photo of me last night will recognise this shirt.
"I was celebrating, I was celebrating, having a good time.”
The X Factor 2012 continues this Saturday night with a spooky Halloween themed episode as the remaining ten contestants perform live once again.
The latest results show follows on Sunday when one more act will be given the boot.
