X Factor host Dermot O'Leary has claimed that the judges were too harsh on MK1 this weekend.
The judges once again failed to decide who to to send home in the sing off and opted to send the vote to deadlock, where it was revealed that MK1 had received the fewest votes.
Speaking after the result on Xtra Factor, Dermot said: “I’m not very happy, I don’t know why I’m smiling... I loved MK1.”
Discussing the judges' comments after the pair's mashup of Pass Out and Crystal Waters, Dermot claimed: “The judges were pretty harsh for the second part of that song [on Saturday] and I thought they were a bit too hard. "
Talking to Xtra Factor hosts Olly Murs and Caroline Flack Dermot predicted: “I think it’s going to get harder form now, this year the acts are so good.
"I was shocked to see both of those two [Kye Sones and MK1] in the bottom two. I’m going to be saying that every week from now on.”
The X Factor 2012 continues this Saturday night with a spooky Halloween themed episode as the remaining ten contestants perform live once again.
The latest results show follows on Sunday when one more act will be given the boot.
