X Factor 2012 favourite Ella Henderson has said Tulisa is helping her to keep her feet on the ground.
The 16-year-old is the odds on favourite to win and has been overwhelmed by the support across the country, especially from her home town of Tetney in Yorkshire.
"The support I've received, not just from my family and friends, but everyone in and around Tetney has been amazing," Ella told This Is Grimsby.
She explained: "My sister keeps telling me that wherever she goes people are stopping her on the street and pulling her to one side to give me support.
"My dad sends me all the links every day and I read all the newspapers online. It's crazy to see that.
"It makes me really happy and proud that everyone from my home is supporting me through it and it's given me a massive confidence boost.
"Without seeing that kind of support, I wouldn't feel as comfortable as I do."
The teenager has seen her life change overnight since her first audition, and is on course to make the final and even perhaps sing alongside Beyonce.
And with everyone backing Ella, it's been her mentor Tulisa's job to make sure she doesn't get even a little big headed.
Ella revealed: "You can't really prepare yourself for anything but the advice from Tulisa has been to stay grounded and not let it all go over your head."
