X Factor 2012 judge Nicole Scherzinger reportedly hopes to launch Melanie Masson in the USA.
According to The Sun, former Pussycat Doll singer Nicole has approached Melanie after she was eliminated from the show on Sunday night.
The 44-year-old was in the bottom two with boy group District3, with the judges sending the vote to deadlock.
But despite the early the exit, Melanie was loved by the judges thanks to her huge voice, and the future looks bright for her.
A source revealed to the newspaper this morning: “Nicole got on stage to ask for a word with Melanie as soon as the results show ended. She spoke to her for ten minutes, telling her she thought her voice was amazing."
The insider added: “Nicole said she was sure there would be a market for her songs in America and she was dying to take her out there.
"Melanie accepted on the spot.”
