X Factor 2012: Rylan Clark's RyanStyle performance BANNED for legal reasons!

Rylan Clark (X Factor 2012)

Rylan Clark split the panel on The X Factor 2012 last night with his performance, and it's now been banned!

The 23-year-old from Essex put on one heck of a show with a dance song mash up of Groove Is In The Heart & Gangnam Style & Pump Up The Jam.

Gary Barlow moaned: "Rylan if is this a competition for how many songs you could kill in two minutes you would win. The best bit was my song!

"It was just to cover up for the fact you cant sing. I'm never going to like this."

But lawyers were quick to act on the performance, and have stopped it from being aired again in future.

Rylan's performance was cut from ITV1+1, from recaps on ITV2 and has been pulled in full from the official X Factor website and official YouTube channel.

A spokesperson said: "A small part of Rylan's performance was edited from ITV1+1 due to legal issues."

It's understood that Rylan's renaming of Korean pop song Gangnam Style to RylanStyle may have caused issues for the channel's legal department.

And that wasn't the only problem for the show's lawyers.

Tulisa's comments to Melanie Masson - where she branded the mum of two a MILF - have also been cut out.

Dermot O'Leary had to apologise for Tulisa's comments after Melanie's performance last night.

The X Factor 2012 continues tonight at 8:00PM on ITV1 with the latest results show.

Last night saw the remaining contestants singing tracks with a love and heartbreak theme before the public voted once again.

Tonight's show will see the second elimination of the series, as well as performances from US country star Taylor Swift and former X Factor star Rebecca Ferguson.
