X Factor's Jade Ellis has rubbished claims she's crushing on fellow finalist, MK1 singer Charlie.
According to new! magazine, the pair have been hitting it off backstage, despite both being involved in long term relationships.
"Well, Charlie has a serious partner too, but I've been doing a little flirting with her," Jade is quoted as saying. "Although it's really only been a little bit of fun."
But speaking on This Morning today, Jade insisted there was nothing more than friendship between her and Charlie.
She said: “No, we have connection, just as most of the people in the house do.”
And on leaving her daughter daily to rehearse for the show and take part in interviews, Jade said: "My partner is amazing and I know [my daughter] Caiden is in great hands."
Teasing her performance ahead of tomorrow night's latest live show, Jade added: “I am very, very excited about this week, it will be one of the first songs I have actually chosen. Fingers crossed.”
Also clearing up rumours, James Arthur laughed off flirting with Jodie Marsh on Twitter this week.
He said: "Me and Jodie Marsh are just friends, there is nothing in that. It’s just rumours.”
The X Factor 2012 continues on Saturday night on ITV1.
This weekend will see the remaining contestants singing tracks with a love and heartbreak theme before the public vote once again, and one more act is eliminated on Sunday night's second results show.
Sunday's show will also feature performances from US country star Taylor Swift and former X Factor star Rebecca Ferguson.
