Melanie Masson has revealed that X Factor 2012 judge is always there for his acts, even at 4AM!
The 44-year-old mum of two told us yesterday that the Take That star had been keen to make sure he doesn't lose another act this weekend, and has been working harder than ever.
We caught up with Gary, Kye and Melanie backstage at the X Factor studios in London yesterday.
"Gary is always there, he's always there and got advice. He's always in the studio with us, hes completely hands on," Melanie said. "He's there when we talk about the songs and song choices, when we discuss production, song arrangement..
"He's made himself accessible to us, 24 hours a day... although I haven't abused that yet. I haven't phoned him at 4am!"
Kye added: "Gary's been alright.
"He's really focused on us this week now and getting our heads down and practicing."
Discussing Sunday night's shock result, which saw Carolynne Poole leave, Melanie admitted she's been missing her roomrate and pal.
"I miss her on a personal level, we shared a room together, we went through a journey together, from bootcamp to here," Melanie told us. "We were really girly girls together, we had a good old laugh. I miss her."

The X Factor 2012 continues on Saturday night on ITV1.
This weekend will see the remaining contestants singing tracks with a love and heartbreak theme before the public vote once again, and one more act is eliminated on Sunday night's second results show, which will also feature performances from Taylor Swift and Rebecca Ferguson.
