Ella Henderson is now odds-on to be crowned winner of X Factor according to Ladbrokes.
Having once been available at 9/1 the continuous support for Ella has seen her odds repeatedly slashed and she's now quoted at 10/11 to win this year's show, which has consequently seen second favourite Jahmene drift out to 11/2 (from 4/1) in the betting.
Bad news for Rylan is that he's now the joint favourite for elimination this week along with District 3 (both 3/1), although if there's to be another unexpected eviction it's MK1 who are favoured next at 5/1 or there's a 6/1 chance wildcard winner Christopher Maloney is given his marching orders for the second time.
And although it seems Gary and Louis are back on speaking terms after crisis talks it's still an 8/1 chance the Take That man blows his top and swears at his fellow judge live on TV this weekend. Louis's popularity since sending Carolynne home on Sunday has plummeted with punters, along with his odds, and he's now 1/4 to not be a judge in the next series.
Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: "Ella's the first act in X Factor history to be an odds-on shot before the second live show has even aired. Louis's integrity as a judge has come under fire this week and the odds suggest it won't be long before he's eliminated from the show either."
Ella recently insisted she wasn't going to be pressured by the favourite tag.
“I will be nervous before the live show but I don’t feel pressured," Ella said. "I’m just excited to think I’m still so young and I’m going to be able to keep pushing myself.
“I’m bound to go wrong at some point like everyone else – I’m not perfect. I’m going to be me and give the most honest performances I can.”
She added: “I’ve had words with Tulisa about keeping my feet on the ground and I know I can go to her at any point if I feel it’s all getting too much.”
