X Factor's Carolynne Poole has said she has "no regrets" after being axed on the first live show.

Sunday night saw the first live X Factor results show, after all the finalists had performed for the first time on Saturday night.

Rylan Clark and Carolynne were in the bottom two, with the judges deciding to send the result to a deadlock, which saw Carolynne leave.

Gary stormed off on the live show, and tweeting today confessed: "Been hard to get motivated today."

He wrote to Carolynne online: "@CarolynnePoole good luck. Anything you need I'm here."

Carolynne replied: "thanks honey! Short n sweet... But I loved it!"

She added: "No regrets! Nashville here I come!! Love ya Gazza B! X"

Meanwhile Rylan Clark, who beat Carolynne in the sing off, tweeted: "@CarolynnePoole missing you so much at the hotel.

"Your one of the bestest friends I could of asked for and love you with all my heart xxx"

The X Factor 2012 continues this Saturday night on ITV1, with the results show following on Sunday night with performances from Taylor Swift and Rebecca Ferguson.
