Louis Walsh future on the X Factor is at stake, according to bookies Ladbrokes.
After sending the decision to deadlock punters have been calling for Louis's head and his odds of being being sacked before the end of the series have been slashed to 10/1, and it's now heavily odds-on at 1/4 (from 8/11) that he won't make the judging panel in 2013.
Gary's quoted at 6/1 to refuse to speak to Louis during next weekend's live shows or it's 8/1 that they are on speaking terms but Gary lets rip by using a profanity towards his fellow judge. There's also a 25/1 chance that Gary take Carolynne's axing to heart by refusing to judge until she's reinstated.
Meanwhile Ella's confident outing on the weekend's first live show saw her odds to win continue to shorten.
Ella's performance of Rule The World saw her odds of winning cut further to 11/10, meaning a £10 bet on her would only return £21.00, however Jahmene's rendition of Imagine has also seen his odds tumble to 4/1 (from 7/1) securing his place as the clear second favourite.
And although the odds don't favour Rylan to win the show (100/1) the novelty factor looks set to continue for at least one more week as it's District 3 who are fancied for the chop next at 5/2, followed closely by the Essex star at 3/1.
Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: "Louis may be the stalwart of the judging panel, but his insistence on keeping novelty acts in the show over serious contenders is wearing thin with punters and they're backing him for the sack."
She added: "Rylan's clearly this year's Jedward act and it wouldn't surprise us if he makes it to the bitter end."
The X Factor 2012 continues this Saturday night on ITV1, with the results show following on Sunday night with performances from Taylor Swift and Rebecca Ferguson.
