X Factor 2012 contestant Caryolnne Poole has said that there is 'no competition' between the finalists.
The 31-year-old singer has made it through to the live shows alongside Melanie Masson and Kye Sones in this year's Overs category, mentored by Gary Barlow.
"Because we're so different we're not in direct competition with each other," Caorlynne revealed this week.
"We're really supportive of each other. Although it's a competition, it's easier for us as a group to support each other individually and still cater for our needs as well."
Kye agreed with Carolynne, adding: "I think that’s really hard to say actually because everyone’s so different.
"And even from the first auditions, everything I’ve tried to call I’ve got completely wrong. So when we got down to the final 12 I decided I wasn’t even going to get into that conversation, because everyone could be an artist, and hopefully will be going forward in their own right. Everyone is so different and there’s something for everyone."
Meanwhile Gary said that the contestants in his category would change the reputation of the Overs group.
he said: "I don't need to do anything to change it. These guys will change it.
"They're brilliant artists, they're diverse artists from each other. These guys will do that job for themselves."
