X Factor 2012 finalist Lucy Spraggan has revealed she will be able to cope with the show's theme weeks.
The 20-year-old has been seen performing her own songs, which could leave her exposed when it comes to the show's usually random themes on the live shows.
Past delights have included everything from Big Band week to a Wham! night.
But Lucy revealed: "The thing is for me, since he beginning of this series we've seen that the show has changed. I'm on my guitar, people are singing their own songs. I think they're going to cater to make it okay for us.."
Lucy's mentor Tulisa agreed, and explained: "With N-Dubz I did a lot of Radio 1 Live lounge covers. You remix the chorus and twist the verses to put your own spin on them.
"With Lucy we're going to be doing remixes rather than covers."
Tulisa also revealed her advice to the girls to try and stay strong.
"You need to be strong, as everyone has an opinion, you need to stand your own ground," she told them.
She added: "They've got me, I want them to be comfortable and dress how they want to dress and look how they want to look.
"I think after getting to know them they're pretty strong, they know what's to come, I think now its not as bad as it will get but they know what's coming, and I'm here for them."
