The X Factor 2012 finalists Lucy Spraggan and Ella Henderson have said they can't wait for the live shows.
The pair were on Daybreak this morning with Jade Ellis and Girls category mentor Tulisa.
With the first live show just a few days away on Saturday, Lucy said: “I’m excited to get in front of a live audience, have some people in front of me.”
And quizzed on her rivals, Lucy replied diplomatically: "A lot of us don’t even think about it as a competition yet, we’re all friends.”
16-year-old Ella Henderson added: “It’s something that I have always done, I’ve always loved to stand up and perform whether it’s on a stage or at home in front of my family.”
Ella is the favourite to win going into the first live show, but insisted she wasn't feeling any pressure.
“I will be nervous before the live show but I don’t feel pressured," Ella said. "I’m just excited to think I’m still so young and I’m going to be able to keep pushing myself.
“I’m bound to go wrong at some point like everyone else – I’m not perfect. I’m going to be me and give the most honest performances I can.”
Meanwhile Jade Ellis said she was going the show for her young daughter.
“For me and my daughter it’s an amazing opportunity. I am just going to take every little opportunity I can and hope it really works out for us," she said this morning. "I have done a lot of things I never thought I’d get to do already, in the short period of time that I’ve been involved in the show. If that’s what I can do in this short period of time, then I can only imagine what can happen later on.”
