X Factor 2012 finalist Carolynne Poole has admitted she's nervous about falling over on the first live show!
Speaking on Daybreak earlier today, the former Fame Academy star admitted her biggest fear was tripping over the steps on the stage.
"You know those few steps that there is, I'm thinking I'm sure I'm gonna see myself falling down them. That's never good on live TV," Carolynne said.
Carolynne was joined by mentor Gary Barlow on the show, who quipped: "You'd probably get voted in if you fell over."
Gary also revealed he wanted to rename the Overs to Team GB, but Carolynne said she was "proud" to be in the category.
The 31-year-old singer, who missed out on a spot in the live shows last series, also suggested that this year's line up was a lot more credible.
She said: "In comparison to last year, a lot of the acts that have been picked this year are writers and very creative, so it's not just like people being like, 'Yeah, I've decided to sing today.'
"Even if they have had a day job they've been creative in their downtime and song-writing. It's been like that for them so everybody at the hotel is very focused, doing what they would do in their downtime at home."
And Carolynne revealed: "We've not been able to tell anyone which has been horrendous. We've had messages on our phone that we've been ignoring so that we don't have to fib.
"But yeah, the build up has been good but now we've only just started so we're just getting into it now."
