The X Factor 2012 final twelve will be revealed tonight, and the contestants have been talking about how making the live shows would change their lived forever.
For [tag]Jade Ellis[/tag], it will mean safety for her young daughter.
“There are a few areas or roads that we won’t go down. If it gets late you’ll avoid that bit,” Jade reveals to the Sunday Mirror today. “I have a local park that is great during the day but in the evening it is a known fact that there are a lot of drug abusers who use the park to camp out in over night.
“When you go up there the next day you have to be cautious. To have to look for needles or discarded drug paraphernalia is a bit daunting.
“We were playing in the park and we found a syringe which was a bit of a shock. To have to look around you and see if there are dirty needles lying around is horrible.'
Jade, who also found herself caught up in the London riots last year, added to the newspaper: "It’s sad because I wish I could take some of my friends on my journey to the X Factor.”
We'll find out this evening if Jade has done enough to make the final three girls in Tulisa's category.
The X Factor 2012 airs at 7:40PM on ITV1 tonight.
