The N-Dubz star, who is mentoring the girls this year, backed the 24-year-old to win... after her own girls, of course!
Speaking to the Huffington Post UK, Tulisa said: "I'll tell you someone that isn't in my category, I absolutely love James Arthur.
"He's amazing. I think he's got an amazing voice. I think he's going to go so far in the competition - even a potential winner."
Tulisa also confessed to the website that she was terrified of performing live on the show later this year.
Tulisa will be releasing her debut solo album The Female Boss in November, and will be following in the footsteps of Cheryl Cole and Kelly Rowland by performing on the show.
"It's terrifying but you've just got to get on with it and hope for the best," she admitted.
