X Factor 2012 stars Duke have revealed they enjoyed working with Louis Walsh and Sharon Osbourne at judges' houses.
The unique trio, made up of Ed Travers, Marko Pandazis and Flynn Stronach, impressed at both their audition and bootcamp to sail through to the judges' houses.
"I don't think when this started we ever believed we would get this kind of reaction from the audience or the judges," Ed said. "X Factor being what it is people are used to it producing a certain type of act and obviously we're a bit different to that. So when they told us we were through to the judges' houses it was massive.
"It feels like they are really taking a punt on us.
"Hopefully we can repay that faith by putting on a great performance."
Speaking ahead of the weekend's double show, where we'll see if Duke get through to the live shows, Ed continued: "We're looking forward to working with Louis Walsh. He is someone who is obviously known for bringing on traditional boy bands so we hope he is open to going in a slightly new direction.
"Working with Sharon Osbourne should be good too. We just hope she gets us. If she does, we could go through, but if she doesn't it could be the end of the road."
He told This Is Gloucestershire: "But being on the X Factor has been fantastic in terms of giving us exposure.
"To get to the live shows would be brilliant."
