Kelly Osbourne has said she hopes that her mum Sharon won't be returning to The X Factor.
Sharon was a show from the first series until 2007 when she quit after a series of rows with new judge Dannii Mingoue.
Sharon, who joined Louis Walsh at this year's judges' houses, said recently: “I would love to come back to X Factor.
"I want to come back to England and I want to come back to X Factor.”
However Sharon's daughter Kelly has said this week that she hopes X Factor bosses ignore her pleas.
She told the Daily Mirror: “I know everybody is wanting Mum to go back to X Factor but I don’t want it to happen. I don’t want her on any talent show now.
“She’s spent years being in shows like that and it’s tiring for her and if I’m honest I would hate it if she did that again. She needs to take a break and enjoy life a bit more. She is nearly retirement age, for God’s sake. I think all of my family actually got to the point where we wanted our mum back. “I’m really selfish with it and I think her recently quitting America’s Got Talent has been like a weight off all of our shoulders.”
She added to the newspaper: “Jack’s just had her granddaughter, Dad needs her there and I’ve wanted her there too. Everywhere I go people are asking me whether she will go back and I keep telling everyone I don’t want her doing it.”
