Carolynne Poole becomes the latest singer to return to The X Factor 2012 for a second shot at the competition this weekend.
The country singer performed for the judges in Manchester, following in the footsteps of pal [tag]Melanie McCabe[/tag] who was also trying out again.
The pair both made it to the judges' houses stages in the show last year, but controversially failed to make it through to the live shows.
Many (including us!) were annoyed when [tag]Louis Walsh[/tag] originally opted to put Goldie Cheung through to the finals ahead of Carolynne in the overs category.
Earlier this year Carolynne landed a role in ITV1 soap Emmerdale, but despite the move into acting, singing is still the 31-year-old's passion.
In a clip shown on this morning's Daybreak of her audition, Carolynne was seen singing Emeli Sande's 'Clown' for the panel.
Will it be second time luck for the former Fame Academy star?
Melanie and Carolynne aren't the only of last year's contestants to try out again either.
[tag]Joe Cox[/tag], who also made it to the judges' houses, returned to audition in London earlier in the auditions.
Take That's [tag]Gary Barlow[/tag] told him: "Your ‘no’ was the hardest for me by far and I’ve been waiting for this moment. You are going to be a great artist Joe, welcome back.”
Scottish singer [tag]Jade Richards[/tag], who also made the judges' houses stage last year along with Melanie, has also tired out again for the show.
The X Factor 2012 auditions conclude this weekend on Saturday and Sunday on ITV1.
