X Factor star Lucy Spraggan has scored the second biggest selling single of the week, despite her track being removed from iTunes.
Show bosses asked her to remove the song Last Night, which was being downloaded by fans after she performed the single for the judges during her audition.
But despite the song being removed from iTunes, the track is still available on other download websites such as Amazon.
Today the Official Charts Company revealed Last Night is the second biggest selling single of the week so far, behind only last year's X Factor winners Little Mix.
The girl group are on course to top the charts on Sunday while Lucy is set to secure to a number two position if her sales keep up.
Currently Little Mix's Wings has sold over 50,000 units, around 30,000 ahead of Lucy's Last Night.
While the X Factor team is busy trying to remove any trace of the song from online stores, sales of both Lucy's single Last Night and her album Top Room At The Zoo are set to be enough to make the Top 40 of the singles and albums charts respectively by the weekend.
Encouraging fans to download the songs while they're still available, Lucy Spraggan wrote on Facebook: "[It’s] not my call to make - get it while you can!”
