X Factor star Lucy Spraggan's single 'Last Night' has been removed from iTunes, after reaching number two in the online chart.
The 20-year-old performed the self-penned track for the judges on Saturday night's show, having released the song and an album last year.
The single immediately gained momentum on iTunes, and was in the Top 20 by the end of the night.
By this morning the song was at Number Two and challenging last year's winners Little Mix for the top spot. The girl group released their new single Wings on Sunday, and it's currently at Number One.
The success for Lucy however was short lived, with the song - and her original album - now having been pulled from the music website.
However at the time of writing, both the track and album are still available from Amazon's MP3 marketplace and other digital music retailers.
Lucy took to Twitter to thank her fans yesterday morning as the song entered the Top 10, writing: “I’m feeling pretty lucky right now. You guys are amazing, beyond amazing.”
She added: “Remember that time I was in the Itunes chart?! WHAT THE HELL”
And with radio stations also jumping on the song, Lucy gushed: “#radio1?! No way. I am alone and I am laughing, laughing out loud on my own. I think I’ve gone insane.”
