The X Factor 2012 live shows will have an Olympic special, with athletes including Jess Ennis and Mo Farah 'mentoring' the contestants.
The Daily Mirror reports that cyclists Bradley Wiggins and Sir Chris Hoy will also help give the show's finalists "winning talks" when the live shows kick off in October.
The Olympic theme will see the judges giving out tentatively themed Olympic tracks such as Spandau Ballet’s Gold and Tina Turner’s Simply The Best.
“X Factor producers were literally jumping up and down with delight when they heard that all four Team GB stars had agreed to do the show," a source told the newspaper today.
They explained: “The four of them are going to take a category each and spend the day giving contestants motivational advice.
“If these wannabes really want to achieve their dreams and win the X Factor then there are no better people to spend time with.”
The X Factor airs on Saturday nights on ITV1.
