X Factor 2012 judge Tulisa has admitted she feels under a lot less pressure on the show this year.
With one series in the bag, which she won, it's no surprise to hear that Tulisa feels like being able to relax.
“There’s actually a lot less pressure this year. I’m a lot more relaxed," she admitted this week. "I feel like I’ve earned my spot on the panel. Last year I felt that I was being judged as well as judging. I had to prove why I was given the job.”
And the N-Dubz star revealed how she's managed to bond more with Gary Barlow, as the pair start their second series on the show.
She said: “Me and Gary have relaxed a lot this year. We were always cool, but we’re very different characters and we struggled to find things in common, whereas this year we’ve managed to find that balance so we’re a lot more chilled out together.”
Tulisa also offered a supporting hand to new judge Nicole, knowing the pressure she is under to impress the viewers and no doubt bosses.
After getting cut from The X Factor USA last year, Nicole certainly knows this is a tough industry.
Tulisa revealed: "I can see me being really supportive of her this year. If she needs anything from me, I’m there for her. I want to hug her when I see her!"
