The Voice UK semi-finalist Tyler James has said that the show has been like rehab for him.
Tyler, who was pals with the late Amy Winehouse, admitted he was "mess" when he originally auditioned for the show earlier this year.
“I had just lost Amy and was a nervous, shy person. This has helped me come out of myself," he explained. “It’s like being in rehab. Its the best therapy I’ve had in my life.”
Tonight we'll see Tyler battle it out against rival Team Will singer Jaz Ellington for a spot in the final.
Also hoping to make it to the last show is Bo Bruce, who agreed with Tyler.
“It is just like that," she said. “It’s also that in rehab you never forget the people you have met.
“There are amazing people here.”
The show airs at 6:30PM on BBC One tonight.
