28-year-old Jaz Ellington will be taking to The Voice UK stage on Saturday night in a bid to become one of the last artists on the coaches' teams.
Just nine spots remain as we head into the final audition show, with three of the four coaches having just two spots to fill on their teams of 10.
Jaz, who cites his influences as Stevie Wonder and Jill Scott, will be hoping that The Voice will allow him to step out of the shadows and into the limelight.
Having graduated from the prestigious Brit School, Jaz has previously appeared as a backing singer for the likes of Westlife and Leona Lewis.
But will the coaches like what they hear? Jaz will need one of Will.i.am, Sir Tom Jones, Jessie J or Danny O'Donoghue to press their buzzer and want him in their team.
As it stands, Will needs three acts to complete his team while Jessie, Sir Tom and Danny all need just two acts to add to their line ups.
