As well as coaching her 10 artists on the BBC One series, Jessie is still promoting her debut album Who You Are across the globe, with a recent tour in Australia.
The singer is also set to release new single Laserlight later this year, and hopes it will help boost her profile in the States.
But all the recording, together with The Voice, is leaving little time for rest in the 23-year-old's schedule.
"Jessie told pals ‘I'm worried I've taken on team much’. She often works 18 hour days and gets by on four hours of sleep and two meals a day," a source told Closer this month.
They explained: “She's worried that if she does say yes to every career opportunity, everything could go away
"Her inner circle is concerned.
“If Jessie’s finding her schedule hard to handle now, they fear she may struggle once she has live shows every weekend.”
The Voice UK continues this weekend on BBC One with the final audition show.
