Watch Gracie-Jayne Fitzgerald amazing blind audition on The Voice Kids

Gracie-Jayne Fitzgerald is one of this year’s finalists on The Voice Kids 2019.

The 12-year-old first wowed the coaches at this year’s blind auditions with her cover of the Beatles’ classic Golden Slumbers.

Gracie-Jayne got will.i.am, Pixie Lott and Danny Jones all to hit their buzzer for her.

Making the tough decision between them, Gracie-Jayne chose to join Team Pixie.

In the battles, Gracie-Jayne bettered Colin and Caillin-Joe, singing “Let’s Face the Music and Dance before performing Jimmy Cliff’s Many Rivers to Cross in the semi-finals to make this weekend’s live show.

This year The Voice Kids welcomed both solo singers and double acts, aged seven to 14, to sing their hearts out at the blind auditions.

Alongside Will, Pixie and Danny, Jessie J joins this year’s line up of coaches.

It’s the first series of The Voice Kids for Jessie, who has previously appeared as a coach on the adult version.

This Saturday in the final the remaining four will perform in the live final in the hope of winning the public vote.

The prize for the winner is a £30,000 bursary towards their musical education as well as a family holiday to Orlando courtesy of Universal Studios and Norwegian Air.

Alongside Gracie-Jayne, the finalists are 10-year-old Lil Shan Shan (Team Will), 9-year-old Keira Laver (Team Jessie) and 13-year-old Sam Wilkinson (Team Danny).

The Voice Kids 2019 final airs this Saturday night on ITV from 8PM.

Meanwhile, applications for next year’s series in 2020 of The Voice Kids are currently open now.

To apply for The Voice Kids in the UK, you need to be under 15 by 30th April 2020 and over seven by 8 December 2019.

The application closing date is currently set for Thursday, 29 August 2018.
