The Voice UK semi-finalist Michelle John blew viewers away with her performance tonight.
Well, most of those watching.
Team Will's Michelle belted out Get Here by Oleta Adams in this evening's live show.
The powerful performer had the audience on their feet and glowing comments from the judges.
Most of those watching on at home were also full of praise.
However former The Voice UK contestant Ruth Brown, who performed the same song when the show was back on BBC One, was apparently unimpressed.
"There's millions of songs they coukd have given her...@thevoiceuk why you doing me like this?" she tweeted after Michelle's performance. "Can't the world just give me a break?"
It remains to be seen if Michelle's performance will be enough to get into the final next week, with the results revealed later this evening.
Ahead of this weekend's show, Michelle opened up about how music is a "healing process" for her after suffering in a nasty relationship.
Michelle spoke candidly to the Daily Star on Sunday: “I went through a relationship where I experienced domestic violence and that knocked my confidence for a long time. It was verbal and physical.
“It took me a long time to be able to gather the strength to leave and to be able to say to myself ‘I’m something of value’.”
Speaking to the tabloid last weekend, she added: “I’m a survivor and a fighter. The things I’ve been through make me the person I am today. It doesn’t have to define you.
“It never leaves you, but you can channel that emotion into other things and I do that with my singing.
“When I sing it’s my way of allowing my emotions to come out. It’s a healing process for me. I feel at peace to express myself.”
The Voice UK airs Saturday nights on ITV.
