Here's a first look at The Voice UK 2017 battle rounds on ITV as this year's competition heats up
It’s the start of The Battles on The Voice next weekend as coaches will.i.am, Jennifer Hudson, Sir Tom Jones and Gavin Rossdale take their teams to world famous Abbey Road Studios in London to be paired up to do battle and sing for their place in the competition.
As the acts go head to head, doing battle in the studio those that impress their coach remain in the competition with a chance of winning a recording contract with Polydor Records.
Will those that aren’t so lucky get stolen by the other coaches or will they be going home?

The format remains the same as it always has done Each coach will pair up their acts in a series of musical duels. Both acts will share the stage, singing the same song.
After each performance, all the coaches will offer their comments and opinion but the pair's mentor alone will decide the winner who will go in to the knockout rounds.
However it's not necessarily all over for the loser with the the return of the steal twist.
Each coach is able to save one of the battle 'rejects' and steal them for their own team in the knockout rounds.
Those lucky enough to be stolen will switch teams and go forward into the competition but those left will be out of the contest for good.
The Voice UK battles will air in two shows next weekend on Saturday and Sunday night.
The first half of The Voice UK 2017 battle rounds will air Saturday night, 25th February at 8:30PM.
The second half will be back on ITV on Sunday night at 7PM, with both episodes running for two hours.
