The Voice UK 2017 is back next month for its first ever series on the ITV and here's all you need to know

When is The Voice UK back on OTV?

The start date for sixth series of The Voice UK has been officially revealed for January 7 at 8PM.

What channel is it on?

The new series of The Voice UK will air on ITV for the first time, as part of a new three year deal.

Who are this year's Voice UK coaches?

It's all change on the panel this year. Will.i.am is back for a sixth series, the show's only coach to have appeared on every series.

He's joined by Sir Tom Jones, who was dropped from the BBC line up this year.

The pair will sit alongside two new faces, Jennifer Hudson and Gavin Rossdale.

Who is presenting it all?

Celebrity Big Brother's Emma Willis will again be back hosting, having fronted the show on the BBC One. JLS star Marvin Humes however will NOT be a part of the series.

Any other changes?

In a new blind auditions twist, coaches will NOT see or be able to talk to an act if they don't spin around. That means if they don't press their buzzer, they'll never know who the voice was coming from...

Will it be any good?

Well that of course remains to be seen. Word from recording is that the panel have been settling in nicely with Will.i.am up to his old tricks. Jennifer's said to have struggled with British accents and been rather picky in her team selection!

And finally, what happened to last series' winner?

Team Ricky's Kevin Simm won the last series in 2016. His first song after the series - All You Good Friends - reahed Nuber 24 but album Recover, which was released in October, didn't chart.
