The Voice 2017 kicks off filming soon but who's on the judging panel?
As it stands there's only Will.i.am who has been confirmed as a coach for the first series on ITV, while Emma Willis has been announced as host.
With three spots left to fill, who could be joining Will is still very much up in the air and while we await official news, here are some of the rumours regarding the coaches on The Voice UK next year on ITV.
Sir Tom Jones
Sir Tom is a strong favourite to return to the panel after being controversially axed for the final BBC series. A source told The Sun earlier this year: "It’s being seen as a masterstroke to get him back as he’s worked with them all — including Elvis — and commands respect."
Another comeback could be on the cards from Rita Ora who left for The X Factor but has since quit. She previously backed The Voice over The X Factor, branding simon Cowell's talent show "brutal". “I did not like promising someone something then taking it back," Rita said of the six chair challenge.
American singer Jennifer Hudson is said to have at least been in talks to join the show here in the UK. An insider claimed to the Daily Mirror: “Jennifer is huge in America, where she’s won an Oscar and an Emmy. The offer has gone out and everyone’s very excited at the thought of getting her."
Sir Paul McCartney
Apparently The Voice bosses are "desperate" to get The Beatles star Paul McCartney in the spinning red chairs next year. “Paul McCartney is undoubtedly one of the greatest musicians to have ever lived so to get him signed up would be a real coup," a source told The Sun.
Jess Glynne has revealed she has been in talks with show bosses but feels it might be 'too early' for her. "I would never say never 100%," she explained, "I just feel like right now I'm so early in my career and I feel like if I was to do something like that I'd need to give it my everything."
ITV are said have made a "considerable" offer to Phil Collins in a bid to make a credible panel for next year's show. “He’ll have a dressing room to rival Simon Cowell’s, if that’s what he wants," a source remarked.
