The spin-off version to the main show will start next year and see Will.i.am joined by two other judges.
The Black Eyed Peas star was previously confirmed to be returning to the panel, both for the main show and Kids spin-off.
will.i.am said: “I’m delighted to be continuing The Voice UK on ITV and being a voice of direction and guidance for the usual suspects, and I’m thrilled to add The Voice Kids to the mix.
"I know The Voice switched to ITV, but I’m not going to BREXIT The Voice UK. I’m happy to make ITV my home now. I love the UK.”
Now the Daily Mirror newspaper report that as part of his deal, Will will be allowed to sign one act to his own label.
A source told the tabloid: “Will is really invested in the kids’ version of the show and thinks it has huge potential.
“It was a big factor in him re-signing and coming over to ITV."
“He loves the idea of getting involved with his favourite act after the series finishes and really thinks he can find the next Justin Bieber," the insider added.
Will has often been critical of how The Voice UK has handled its winners, none of which have ever gone on to much chart success.
Speaking earlier in the summer, he called for coaches to be in the same position as Simon Cowell on The X Factor.
“Here’s a person that ran a record label that is attached to TV shows," Will explained. “The problem with The Voice is the people that are on those chairs are not plugged into the label. We’re trying to get citrus out of apples.”
The Voice UK and The Voice UK Kids will air on ITV in 2017.
