Joe Woolford and Jake Shakeshaft have spoken out after last night's Eurovison 2016.
The two acts from The Voice UK competed for Great Britain having been chosen by the public earlier this year.
Their song - You're Not Alone - was the second from last to be performed on the night but that position was unfortunately close to where they finished in the results too.
The guys ended the night third from bottom with a total of 62 points. It was the UK's biggest total since 2011 but a new scoring system meant it saw them replicate last year's disappointing result where we had just 5 points.
Following the performance the pair tweeted: "Two best friends, just had the night of their lives. Thank you all so much."
They added: "Regardless of the result, our main aim was to make the UK proud! We hope we did that! #JoeandJake"
Joe and Jake got plenty of support online , with Rylan Clark-Neal tweeting: "Right @JoeandJakemusic deserved better! They were great. I'm going out next year in the spice jacket!"
And TV host Phillip Schofield added: "@JoeandJakemusic well done guys, you'll never beat the politics, but you should be proud, great job."
Ukraine ended up winning the contest having triumphed over Australia thanks to a boost in phone votes.
