The singer made it through to the final of the show last week but was beaten to the win by Kevin Simm.
Not feeling too down about the result, Lydia said this week: "I feel absolutely overwhelmed and happy that I made it to the final.
“It has been an amazing journey.”
Her and mentor Will.i.am are set to continue to work together with a gig planned for the Royal Albert Hall on May 11.
“There are not many details at the moment but I am really excited that I will get to sing with Will again," Lydia told the Romford Recorder.
She added: “Right now, I’m in and out of meetings so it’s all been really busy.
“It’s all about getting out there and releasing my music.”
Speaking during Saturday's live final, Will told The Voice UK viewers that he would work hard to help Lydia become a "superstar."
"I love the show, we have to make sure that someone's a superstar and has a song in the top 10..." he told hosts Marvin Humes and Emma Willis. "I'm trying my hardest to make that happen."
