He'll be both singing a new solo song and a duet with his mentor as the final four compete for the win.
And Jolan promised fans two "very different" performances.
He said: "It's fun. It will be classic - I'll go classic, that's a good word!
"I get to do two songs - my solo one and I get to perform one with Ricky as well and they're two very, very different songs, but they're both going to show me. It's two very me songs."
Teasing his duet with mentor Ricky, Jolan continued: "It's going to be amazing. I've always been a fan of the Kaiser Chiefs so it's a bit surreal.
"We're basically just mates now, so it's like two mates on stage just having a laugh. We're both going to go out and enjoy it. He's excited and I'm excited."
In a chat with DigitalSpy ahead of tonight's show, Jolan went on to rave about the impact Ricky has had on him over the past few months.
Describing The Voice coach as "normal" and "calming", Jolan enthused: "He's boosted my confidence as well. Everyone knows how confident he is on stage, and it's helped me a lot to perform.
"My confidence on stage watching him and having this actual coach guiding you through and supporting you, it's surreal but it's boosted my confidence no end."
Jolan will be competing to be named The Voice UK winner tonight against fellow Team Ricky singer Kevin Simm as well as Team Will's Lydia Lucy and Team George's Cody Frost.
The Voice UK 2016 final airs tonight on BBC One from 7PM.
