Which makes things a tad awkward on the panel right now because Will.i.am has suggested he HAS been invited to switch channels.
Quizzed on whether or not he'll be back on the show when it moves to ITV next year, George said: "I haven’t been asked.
"I will have to cross that bridge when I find it.”
But Will says he's been in talks and spilled: “I would have to decide by May.”
Tabloid reports suggest that Will could get as much as £2.5 MILLION to stay put but he says it's not cash that will win him over.
“It’s about people," the Black Eyed Peas star told the Daily Star newspaper. “I like doing The Voice primarily because I like coming to the UK and I like the people.
“I like the interaction with the people at home watching. I like to have that two-way communication.
“I’m always on the phone. I’m talking to the people at home.”
As for Ricky Wilson, for him it very much is all about the money, recently remarking that he'd sign up again if it would pay off his mortgage.
“This is potentially my last Voice unless someone coughs up a million quid and I don’t think they are going to," the Kaiser Chiefs frontman commented.
For now, The Voice UK continues this Saturday evening with the live semi-finals.
