The Voice UK bosses are preparing for the eventuality that host Emma Willis gives birth LIVE on Saturday night.

The TV host announced last year that she was expecting her third baby and she's now 8 months gone.

It's understood that Emma's due date is just after The Voice UK final next month and it means there's the very real possibility she could go into labour on the show itself.

“Anything could happen at any time," Emma confessed. "It will be live on BBC One. It will be like Call The Midwife meeting The Voice.”

Fortunately the Big Brother presenter has help on hand at all times thanks to co-host Marvin Humes.

Emma quipped: “I am grateful that Marvin has a child. He’ll have the hot towels.

"I’ve always wanted to deliver a baby myself so maybe him and I can just do it between us.”

In a chat with the Daily Star on Sunday newspaper, Emma went on to reveal that the pregnancy had left her VERY ill when filming the show's audition stages last year.

“I was uncontrollably sick. It was a constant feeling, constant nausea. So the blind auditions were quite tricky," she explained.

But ever positive Emma is sure nothing will go wrong when The Voice goes live this weekend.

“I’ve done Big Brother’s Bit On The Side up until two weeks before giving birth, and that was on five nights a week. So I’ve managed to do live telly before," she added.

The Voice UK live shows begin this Saturday evening at 7PM on BBC One.
