The newbie coach only joined the show this year and has actively avoided questions about whether she'd be back for next year's series.
But taking to Instagram after Saturday's final, which saw Rita without any acts, she dropped the biggest hint yet that her Voice stint would be a one series wonder.
"I'm Gona miss these guys....thank you for being 3 of the best people to work with ever!!" she wrote alongside the above picture.
Even before the series had finished, Rita's fellow Voice stars suggested she wouldn't be back.
Host Marvin Humes blamed her hectic schedule while Sir Tom Jones claimed she may have been 'put off' after losing all of her acts before the final.
Meanwhile, both Ricky Wilson and Will.i.am have said they hope to return to the panel net year, assuming the BBC want them.
Ricky told The Sun newspaper: "If Stevie or Emmanuel hadn’t won I thought that I wouldn’t want to do it.
"I put so much more into this year. I put a lot into it last year because I had a record to sell. This year I just really, really wanted to put all my attention into making… a person."
Will.i.am said: "The Voice is a fun format and I love hanging around aspirational singers who want to dive into this world."
However he added: "But they could say: ‘Will’s too difficult, he always arrives late. Let’s get Ne-Yo. He wears hats!’"
The Voice 2016 begins filming later this year with auditions already open.
