The Voice UK judges: Black Eyed Peas star Fergie to replace Kylie Minogue?

Fergie

Black Eyed Peas star Fergie is reportedly on the wish list of stars that the BBC are after for The Voice UK next year.

Right now the show is in a bit of a tricky spot after Kylie Minogue walked out after just one series.

She said last week: "Hi Lovers, thanks to all of you for your incredible support throughout this past season of The Voice UK.

“I’m sad to say that, due to the timing of my European Tour, I won’t be back for season four. I absolutely loved my time on the show, and I’ll miss all of the incredible people who were a part of my experience.

“I hope to see you all on my Kiss Me Once Tour, and wish continued success to everyone at The Voice!”

It casts doubt on whether the Will.i.am and Ricky Wilson will remain on the panel with both previously saying an exit for Kylie would see them also think about leaving.

"With Kylie out we could be saying goodbye to Ricky and Will," a source said.

But one way of keeping at least Will on board would be to hire his Black Eyed Peas bandmate Fergie to replace Kylie.

And it's definitely up the competition between the coaches.

Fergie has also been linked to this year's X Factor panel which would see quite the bidding war between ITV and BBC.

Who would you chose to replace Kylie Minogue?
