Which is all a bit awkward.
It follows Chezza phoning into the BBC One series during Saturday night's final, which we're sure Simon Cowell wasn't too impressed with.
Speaking after winning the show about Cheryl's call, Jermain said yesterday: “I’m definitely going to follow that up. I’m getting on the case.
“I am a fan of Cheryl. It would be an amazing thing to meet her."
He added: “I can’t believe she called will.i.am right in the middle of the show. I’m shocked that she even knew my name.”
Cheryl yesterday congratulated both Jermain and his mentor Will.i.am on winning the third series of The Voice.
She tweeted: "YESsss Jermain!!! Congrats @iamwill love ya #Dopesh*t p.s call me"
Jermain topped viewer votes to defy the bookies' odds on Saturday to storm to victory.
But on the charts he's currently being beaten by Sally Barker, who finished as runner up.
Her cover of Olly Murs' hit Dear Darling is in the Top 30 on the iTunes Download chart while Jermain is only just in the Top 40.
