The Voice UK coach Ricky Wilson has admitted that he found his first live show at the weekend rather stressful.
It probably didn't help that all four of the coaches had a tough decision as they each picked one act to send straight through to the semi-finals, putting the other two singers in their team up for the public vote.
"It was tense.. and stressful...," Kylie Minugoue said.
Ricky agreed: "The stress got in the way of actually being on live TV.
"We had big decision to make, I was thinking so much about that I forgot about being nervous."
Once off stage, Ricky confessed: "The relief afterwards was incredible it was like a gig but more so."
On Saturday we saw Ricky lose Emily Adams from his super-strong team but it doesn't sound as though he's too worried about her prospects.
"I think this has been a real benefit for her, she's come here and seen people who can really sing as well and she's upped her game," the Kaiser Chiefs frontman explained. "We both know she's not going to stop and that's the greatest skill of them all."
Emily was equally optimistic of her future, saying: “As I said on the show, this isn’t the last of me.
"I’ve got stuff ready to go, and I’m just working so hard to get where I want to be and I won’t stop until I’m there.”
The Voice UK airs this weekend on BBC One.
