Christina Marie is proving to be the most popular of The Voice 2014 contestants on iTunes.
Yesterday's live show of The Voice UK kicked off in spectacular style as each Coach gave one of their acts a ‘fast pass’ straight through to next weekend’s live semi-finals and saw four acts leave the competition after receiving the lowest votes from the public.
The four artists to leave the competition in ">last night's The Voice UK results were Iesher Haughton from Team Will, Rachael O’Connor from Team Kylie, Georgia Harrup from Team Tom and Emily Adams from Team Ricky.
Regardless of who left however, all twelve of the acts released versions of their songs onto iTunes for download and results are slightly interesting.
Early sales show that Christina is doing the best of Saturday evening's acts, currently just outside the Top 40, according to Charts Update.
Team Tom's Sally Barker is just a few places lower with her take on To Love Somebody by the Bee Gees.
But perhaps most notably, despite leaving it's Emily Adams who who is also currently proving to be one of the most popular acts on iTunes.
Her take on Pharrell's Happy not only pushed the track back into the Top 3 but her own version is currently also in the iTunes Top 100 ahead of Chris Royal, who beat her in the public vote.
However none of the remaining acts - in the competition or otherwise - look on course to be scoring a Leah McFall style Top 10 hit this year.
