The Voice 2014 contestants: Sally Barker is new favourite to win

Sally Barker (The Voice 2014)

Team Tom's Sally Barker has become the new favourite to win The Voice UK 2014.

Last night we saw Sally, Christina Marie, Iesher Haughton, Jermain Jackman, Sophie May Williams, Chris Royal, Emily Adams, Lee Glasson, Jamie Johnson, Rachael O’Connor, Bizzi Dixon and Georgia Harrup all make it through to this year's live finals, which begin at the weekend.

And after the judges whittled their contestants down to their final three acts it's now Sally who leads the betting at 2/1 to secure her mentor, Sir Tom Jones, his second win on The Voice.

Christina Marie herself positioned in second spot with odds of 3/1, whilst early favourite in the auditions Rachael O'Connor has slipped down the betting to 5/1.

Tonight sees The Voice UK live shows begin and the final twelve singing together with the public getting their say.

Sort of, at least.

One again the fast pass twist is back, meaning each coach will choose one of their acts to save from the public vote and send them straight through to the semi-finals. Us viewers will then just get to vote between the two remaining acts on each team.

The Voice starts tonight at 6:45PM on BBC One.
